1. Parties and Scope

These terms govern the use of odemistaksi.org by the user and the site operator. odemistaksi.org operates as an authorised affiliate partner of WelcomePickups Ltd. Transfer services are provided directly through the WelcomePickups platform.

2. Services

The following transfer services can be booked via odemistaksi.org:

• Airport transfers (İzmir ADB and other airports)
• Intercity and city transfers
• Sightseeing tour transfers (Birgi, Gölcük, Bozdağ, Ephesus etc.)
• Corporate travel and VIP transfers

3. Booking and Payment

• Bookings are made through the WelcomePickups platform and require online payment.
• Prices shown are fixed and do not change after the journey.
• Payments are secured by PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
• A confirmation email is sent automatically once payment is complete.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund conditions are subject to WelcomePickups' policies:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the journey generally result in a full refund.
• For detailed refund conditions, refer to your booking confirmation email or WelcomePickups customer support.

5. User Obligations

• The user is responsible for providing accurate and complete booking information.
• Being ready at the designated pick-up point on time is the user's responsibility.
• In the event of flight delays, the WelcomePickups driver may charge an additional waiting fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

As an intermediary platform, odemistaksi.org cannot be held directly liable for delays, damages or other incidents occurring during transfers arranged through WelcomePickups. In such cases, please contact WelcomePickups customer support.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts of İzmir have jurisdiction over any disputes.
